LJ Gems & Minerals offers an interactive shopping experience via Facebook every Thursday 8pm Qld time. The team creates a relaxing shopping experience from the comfort of your home, and it gives our customers an exclusive showing of our latest arrivals, and an opportunity to see virtually the beautiful Crystals & Jewellery we also have in stock on the website.
How to View & Purchase via Facebook Live
- Our Facebook Live show is every Thursday 8PM QLD time, live streaming will begin usually five minutes before the scheduled time to make sure there are no technical issues before we begin.
- New customers are required to send a message the facebook page with email and shipping address(if shipping is required) during the live stream, this is to confirm we have a genuine customer purchasing. First time purchase invoices will be due within 24 hours of being sent, please check your junk folder for the invoice.
- To make a purchase during the live show, please comment **C** with the item number. For example **C 321**
- Shipping Terms - Free Shipping applies to a singular order / single transaction over $200. Orders $201 and over will be eligible for Free Shipping. Any orders under this amount will pay flat rate shipping rates.
- Please be mindful that placing a claim comment during the live sale or on a listing will mean that you are committing to the purchase. Please choose carefully as we do not allow swaps and are unable to offer refunds for change of mind after the live sale has concluded.
- The order of claim comments will be what comes up on our screen first, we run our Live show on mobile data as we have experienced lag in the past with WIFI. If you are experiencing technical issues while viewing, we recommend exiting the live and going back in as this often helps. Please ensure your phones operating software and apps are up to date as this will also cause delays and commenting issues while trying to participate.
- If you are unable to comment during our Live Show please inbox us directly, and we can put your items aside. We have no control over Facebook not allowing you to comment during a live nor can we fix this issue.
- It is important that invoices are paid on time, to avoid cancellation.
- We understand there are genuine circumstances that may arise where a customer may be unable to pay an invoice, it is the buyer's responsibility to communicate this with us prior to the invoice being due for payment, and not wait until the invoice is cancelled to notify the admin team.
- Unpaid invoices will be cancelled and stock immediately returned to the shelves, if this becomes a regular occurrence, we place a ban and you will be directed back to the website for any future purchases moving forward.
- For locals, we offer contact free collection, if the customer wishes to have their order shipped, please read our shipping terms.
- Local collection appointments can be booked via our Facebook page booking button, all collection appointments are scheduled from a minimum of 24 hours ahead of time.
